Step 1: Application
Apply via the following form:
A maximum of 30 participants will be accepted.
It is expected that all accepted students will participate for the entire school.

- Confirmation of participation: mid-oct 2025
- Registration: end oct 2025
Step 2: Registration
Registration fees* (VAT included):
- free for CNRS researchers/students (the school is funded by CNRS as an “Ecole Thématique”)
- 1500€ Regular rate (non-academic)
- 900€ Permanent researchers / teachers from Public Research Institutions and Universities
- 600€ PhD students / Post-doc
* Registration fees will be reduced if more sponsors are identified.
The registration fees cover:
- Accommodation from Sunday (Dec 7th) to Friday (Dec 12th): 5 nights in double room at the school place.
- All meals and coffee breaks during the school.
- Gala dinner.
- Conference material.
Cancellation: Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before November 1st, 2025.
